Fring no longer supports Skype network

Fring the application that supports several messanger and VoIP clients in one application, no longer supports Skype network.
According to Fring’s blog, Skype blocked the connection between networks. Skype offers it’s own application to Nokia E72 but it doesn’t support video calls like Fring application.

It seems that Fring is the best solution for having all messenger and VoIP applications on the Nokia E72. So you might wonder what if there is a reason to install Skype’s application for Symbian S60 on the phone. The short answer: if you are using Skype for more then just chatting and calling friends you defiantly should consider installing the application.

I like to communicate with friends and family using messenger on my E72. It’s better then using SMS or MMS, it’s free, I can transfer files and pictures, bi directional chat and even VoIP calls supported . Most of us using more then one messenger application, so installing and running multiple applications on the E72 is not the right solution. Fring provides you the ability to communicate with friends and family who are using different messengers in one simple interface.
