<p>Nokia E72&#8242;s default folder structure can be tricky and inconvenient some times. All new applications are being installed under Applications folder. After few installation it&#8217;s hard to find the application you are looking for.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s possible to rearrange folders, rename them and move applications.</p>

<p>Click on the &#8220;Menu&#8221; button and use following methods to keep your applications area tight and clean:</p>
<p>- <strong>Creating new folder</strong> -Why not keep all applications that related to community under the same f0lder? Click on the <em><strong>Options</strong></em> (Left softkey) and then <em><strong>New Folder</strong></em>. You will be asked to give a name to the new folder.</p>
<p>- <strong>Moving applications between folders </strong>- We created new  &#8220;Community&#8221; folder (or any other folder for that matter) and we would like to move application to this folder. Select the application that you would like to move,<em> <strong>Options</strong></em> and then <em><strong>Move To Folder</strong></em>. A list of folders will be displayed, select folder and click Move.</p>

<p>- <strong>Renaming Folder Name </strong>- Changing the folder name is also is an easy task, Select the folder, <em><strong>Options</strong></em> and then <em><strong>Rename</strong></em>.</p>
<p>- <strong>Moving Application Location </strong>- Applications are displayed in the order they were installed, not very intuitive. if you would like to relocate the application within the folder, select the application, <em><strong>Options</strong></em> and then <em><strong>Move</strong></em>. use the cursor to mark the new location and confirm.</p>
<p>- <strong>Removing Application</strong> &#8211; To remove application that your are no longer need is done by selecting the application, click on <em><strong>Options</strong></em> and then <em><strong>Remove</strong></em>. It can be done also by selecting the application and click on the clear button.</p>
<p><strong>Notes:</strong></p>
<p>- It&#8217;s not possible to move folders.</p>
<p>- It&#8217;s not possible to rename applications name</p>
