this doesn’t block sms! i did the “applies to” section calls&sms. but it rejects the call and sms is coming! what should i do?

I got this to work on my Nokia E72. Had to upgrade firmware twice to get the latest upgrade where the Advanced Communication Manager is included as one of the applications (MENU – APPLICATIONS – Ad. Com. Mgr.)
Have yet to test it out by calling or sending an SMS from a number I have blocked. The only thing I could wish for (Nokia) is a password protected log, so I could look at my kids log if they get unwanted SMSs or calls, and they couldn’t.
